Pizza Perfection Quesadilla Style!
Brilliant! I was looking up recipes to share and never even thought about making pizza quesadillas. These recipes call for multiple tortillas, but you can adapt that if you are cooking for one. The only suggestion I would make is to either, use a light coating of pizza sauce that you put in your maker, or, warm the pizza sauce, and use it as a dipper so your quesadilla doesn't get soggy. While these recipes just call for pizza and cheese, you can add the toppings you love--even pineapple (no judgement here!) LOL. I can't wait to try these myself.
