It's so easy to meal prep this for the week and have a whole dozen of eggs ready to eat!! I also brought this to Friendsgiving one year and it was a HIT! My boyfriend also loves them dearly. I made my own recipe.
At its prime usage, I would make these eggs maybe every other week.
Mayak Eggs (Korean Marinated Eggs)

Really easy to make with almost the exact same marinade as the Mayak Eggs :) I like that the marination time is only 30 minutes, which makes life easy for me.

I have my own gluten-free substitutes for some of the sauces, but cucumber kimchi is really easy to make! And i think it's adorable to buy the smaller persian cucumbers when they're not in season.

I've admittedly only ever had chicken tikka masala from my school's cafeteria, but they do it really well and all I have to do is microwave it. I put some chili crisps on top for extra spice.

It takes some getting used to, but I actually enjoy the cottage cheese/mustard combo for some of the dips. People who hate on this plate are weird. It looks so good. I'm not sure from a dietitian's standpoint if this is a fully balanced meal, but it ...

These are all household staples in my life. My fridge cannot go without any of these condiments or foods. All purchasable online, some in grocery stores!

I put this on everything, from potato salad to chicken tikka masala, and even miso quinoa.
Barnacle Foods is amazingly sustainable and I support their mission 100%. The recipe was curated by one of my favorite YouTubers as well! Shoutout to Taku from Outdoor Chef Life.
Kelp Chili Crisp

Another good chili oil. I like this better with dim sum because it sticks to the dumplings better. The chili crisps aren't as crispy as with the Barnacle Foods one.

I always rely on Whole Foods for any kind of gluten-free baked good. I like to make a nice avocado toast-inspired bagel with cherry tomatoes and onions!

A must-have in Asian households such as mine. I like tamari more because it has a sweeter taste and holds less sodium usually.

This has more sodium than Tamari if you are looking for a closer substitute to soy sauce.

Loooove this. I use it all the time in marinades or to make a really fast kimchi with the gochugaru. I sometimes mix this into mabo tofu if I want it to be spicier.

I need a lot of my foods to be spicy, so, sriracha it is! I find that spicier foods also encourage me to hydrate more. It's a win-win.
