I have tried this (she offers discounts on subscriptions around the holidays), and really loved the foam roller workouts. They're more focused on nourishing your body and encouraging healthy alignment, then on muscle building. That being said, she has a lot of variety in workouts, so I think there's something for everyone. She's an expert in fascia release and healing the pelvic floor (important for woman who've given birth). There is a free 7 day trial, so you can explore and see if it's for you. After that, it's either $29/month, or $228 for the year. Worth a look! I love the meditation and sound bath videos as well.
