I always add fresh ginger to this one to brighten it up--I use OJ and add some raw honey to sweeten it up. Freeze the bananas for a more ice cream-like texture. Start with a small amount of the green powders and work your way up to the full dose. Tasty and healing!

This is crazy good--I wouldn't believe it either, if I hadn't already tried it. It's flavors are so bright and refreshing, it makes for a great breakfast or snack. Make a double batch and snack on it throughout the week.
Apple Porridge
I wouldn't say I'm an apricot lover, and these are super good. Simple ingredients, fresh, filling, and help to energize and heal the body. You need a food processor for this one.
