This list is made up of gentle tools I use to help calm my nervous system when life feels overstimulating or overwhelming. Nothing here is about fixing or forcing calm. These are non-medical supports that help me slow down, feel more grounded, and create moments of safety for my body and mind. I use these alongside breathwork, rest, and simple daily routines. Some of these tools help regulate breathing, others reduce sensory overload, and a few support comfort and relaxation. I don’t use everything every day — I choose what feels right in the moment. This list is about supporting regulation, not perfection. Small, intentional tools that help the nervous system settle naturally over time.
