Serums | For thinning & density

These are the serums I’m using right now to support hair density. It’s too early for me to say if they REALLY work but I can say that I’ve noticed less shedding!

I use this every morning on my scalp. It’s lightweight and easy to apply, which makes it realistic for daily use. Just like with the other serum, it’s still early but I’ve noticed less shedding since being consistent.

I apply this every night before going to bed and massage my scalp for about 10 minutes. No big claims yet but I’ve definitely noticed less hair shedding, which feels like a good first sign.

Hair oiling | gentle scalp care

I do hair oiling once a week. To stay consistent, I like assigning it to a specific day: Sunday is my oiling day. I keep this step gentle and simple since my hair is thinning and easily weighed down.

This oil is a blend of seven plant-based oils, including argan, avocado, coconut, jojoba, castor oil, sweet almond, and olive oil. Together, they help nourish the scalp, improve hair softness, and reduce dryness without being too harsh.

Hair mask | length care

I use hair masks mainly to keep my lengths soft and healthy. This step is about comfort, moisture, and strength, not treating hair thinning at the roots.

This is a natural, customizable hair mask that I use mainly on my lengths, not my scalp. It helps add moisture and softness without weighing my hair down.

Scalp tools & hair accessories

These tools and accessories are optional, not essentials. I use them mainly to support scalp stimulation, reduce friction, and protect fragile hair. They don’t replace consistency or patience, but they can be helpful additions when used gently.

I wear a silk bonnet at night to help reduce friction and breakage while I sleep. It helps keep my hair smoother and less frizzy in the morning, and protects fragile lengths.

If sleeping with a bonnet bothers you, this is a great alternative. A satin pillowcase helps reduce friction while you sleep, which means less breakage and frizz, without having to wear anything on your head. Bonus point: it’s also nice for the skin...

I started using this range because it contains Aminexil. It doesn’t work like Minoxidil, it helps support hair anchoring and reduce hair fall rather than stimulate regrowth.
I started using this range after seeing it recommended so many times, mainly for the Aminexil.
