It may all feel like too much sometimes - but He is always there for us to comfort us and help carry our burdens.
Psalm 23:4
When we seek His face, He says we WILL find Him.

He reminds us not to fear - time and time again.

Yahweh cares deeply about injustices done against us like abuse and trauma and He will make it right.
Yahweh sees you and your struggles, He sees who has mistreated you, traumatized you, wronged you. He is a just God and He cares deeply about injustices done to His children.
Isaiah 41:11-12
Yahweh cares deeply for the poor, the afflicted, the grieving, the mistreated - and He avenges on their behalf
