Yep! I’m on the abbey yung method trend! 1st step is epes pre shampoo bond…leave on 10 or more minutes, spray with any spray lightweight oil, I use lightweight coconut oil spray by ogx as she recommends. Next shampoo, twice, once with a clarifying shampoo and next with a nourishing shampoo. She suggests to use a glossing treatment, regular conditioner OR a hair mask. Use 2 and alternate the other. After showering, use a bond repair leave in, I use OGX and a good heat protectant oil, matrix oil-in orange pump bottle!
