Unique is a HUGE for profit thrift store located in Merrifield, VA. They offer weekly senior discounts and often give coupons for donations and other occassions to rewards club members. It's a lot of clothes but also a good amount of electronics, furniture, housewares, etc.

Goodwill, despite their high prices, does still have some deals to be had. Keep an eye out for their ‘color of the week’ and sign up for the rewards account so you get a boosted 75% off the color of the week instead of the base 50%. I frequent the new Sterling Goodwill on Manifest Boulevard as well as the Herndon location.

This is a huge indoor flea market usually hosted in Chantilly's Dulles Expo Center. Very high end and lots of good quality stuff. There are food and drink availale for sale as well.
