Prep is important, so finding a good primer that works for you is necessary for a smooth base. Here is what I would recommend, especially those with dry skin around their eyes.
Always make sure your face is moisturised to ensure a good foundation for your base. I love the Byoma Gel Cream because it’s lightweight, holds well under makeup and great for the price. In my experience, a little goes a long way. I would recommend 2...

First step: Good primer for a smooth base. Love this one as it’s light weight and keeps it matte! I usually use two small squeezes underneath each eye and rub it in with clean fingers.

Concealers
We must use a concealer that has good coverage for this to work. Remember to take your time blending and that if you’re nervous, concealer is buildable!
Using firm and fluffy brush is my favourite method of blending out my concealer as it doesn’t soak in as much product as a beauty blender. This is great as we need a lot of coverage. I recommend these ones as they are inexpensive and very soft.

Huda Beauty Easy Bake Loose Baking & Setting Powder
On top of the previous powder, I go in with the Revolution Loose Baking Powder in my inner corners to brighten them. I love how opaque it is and it goes compliments my Huda Beauty powder really nicely. I use shade “Banana”.

Finishing Touches
Setting and adding finishing touches is what makes the difference between a lighter under-eye and a BRIGHT one! This last step ensure that your under-eye won’t move and that your picture ready!
To lock it all in, I use this Sheglam setting spray. It’s both affordable and effective. For a full beat, I would spray in between each step Highly recommend!
