A great and super fun way to keep your body moving! Zumba classes are soooo upbeat with the outfits, music, and just fun. I took a class and it felt really nice to take! It’s easy too

The stair master is an excercise tool that definitely takes high energy. However it’s such a good cardio excercise to do! Personally, I love doing the stair master and try to do it about 15-30 minutes a day

Nature walks are so relaxing and chill. They are easy to do, all you have to do is go outside!! You can also set your own goals and how much you want to do for the day

A little more than walk, but jogging or running is a super calming way to get your body moving. Especially in the morning, when the people are just waking up, have your bottle of water, earbuds and go on a nice run!
