As a late self diagnosed autistic adult here are some of my favorite things that have really helped me! This list includes my favorite noise canceling headphones that I never leave home without. It also includes some of my favorite clothes and things that help me feel more comfortable!!

I’m not a huge makeup wearer like i hate the way most foundations feel on my skin!! But I do love eyeshadow and creating fun eye looks. I love colourpop and all the fun makeup choices they have. These are all products I own and actually use. Decided I would also share the skincare products I use too.
