These are a classic cushion trainer that's been around for years. It's responsive but soft if you're nervous about impact when you first start running, this one really helps take out sting out of those first few runs.
Nike Vomero Plus Women's Road Running Shoes
This is one of the plushest most cushioned shoes I've ever worn. It's ideal if you're starting from zero and want maximum comfort without thinking too much about pace or performance.
Womens Glycerin Max Shoes
These are soft stable and built for easy miles. I love them for new runners who are worried about joint stress of want something that feels super forgiving right out of the box.
Asics Gel Nimbus 27
This definetly is a very fun shoe. It's still plush and beginner friendly, but a little bouncier and a little more energetic. If you're hoping to progress towards fast running, this one has room to grow with you.
On Cloud Cloudsurfer
These are all about that pillow like feel. It's lightweight, highly cushioned, and great if you're doing a walk-run plan. Or keeping pace super relaxed in those first few weeks.
