I've lived here for several years and still go back often for food. Some of the best cuisine in all of NYC.
The BEST Peruvian food in Queens in my opinion! The lomo saltado is UNMATCHED!
Urubamba
If you ask anyone in the area about Peruvian food, this is most likely where they would recommend. For big groups, they have a family meal that includes almost every top selection on the menu. Some days during the week they even have live music!
Pio Pio
I've been going here since it opened. Has an array of smash burgers with amazing toppings. Their house made sauces are all exquisite especially the cilantro aioli. Let's not forget all the crispy loaded french fries are to die for.

Flushing
The most popular Chinatown in the city. Has a range of Asian cuisine that includes Korean, Vietnamese and specific providences of China.
An aesthetically pleasing hot pot place to check out while you're at Tangram mall. It has a variety of meats, seafood and veggies to choose from. Don't forget the sauce bar! They also give a complimentary ice cream for dessert!
Shoo Loong Kan Hotpot 小龙坎火锅 (Xiao Long Kan) – Franchise ...
It's an indoor barbecue but the skewers come to you! All types of skewers are fresh off the grill from beef, chicken, lamb, pork, seafood and veggies (potato twist is my favorite)! They all have different sides to choose from like rice, corn cheese ...
little skewer 从前的小酒馆
A very well known Queens staple when it comes to Pho. Don't be put off by the old decor! It's a classic.
