This is a good starting toner that goes well with the serum. Affordable and lightweight. It might take a while to see results, but the results do come eventually.
Good Molecules Niacinamide Brightening Toner 120 ml
This product was the first chemical exfoliant I ever used, and when I tell you my skin used to literally GLOW like a beam of light. A bit pricey, but lasted long and had my skin smooth and bright. Posted a good dupe in the affordable section.

I love this toner to add moisture to my face, but I love it as a base for my makeup. I would do my skincare routine with it, let that settle in, and when it's time to start my makeup, I put on more just to ensure and lock in the moisture.

This is what I was using before the Caudalie (which I know can be pricey). It doesn't show results as fast, but for the fact that it is affordable and shows results eventually, I think it's worth it.
