Wilson Lake County Park
One of my favorite hidden gems. A quiet park with disc golf, river access, and the perfect spot for tubing, fishing, or just hanging out by the water.

A cute little downtown area that’s worth walking through. They’ve done a great job bringing new life and character back to Wittenberg.

You can smell the applewood smoke before you even get there. If you’re in Wittenberg, a stop at Nueske’s is basically a requirement.

One of the prettiest spots around. The waterfalls and rock formations make it well worth the short drive.

A local favorite for breakfast. Cozy, good food, and always seems to have a crowd for a reason.

One of my favorite hidden spots by the lake. It’s quiet, never too crowded, and a great place to fish, take a walk, or just sit and enjoy the water for a while.
Asylum Point Lighthouse
This is one of those places that completely surprised me. The stained glass, woodwork, and original details are absolutely beautiful, and it’s such a cool piece of local history.
Oshkosh Public Museum
I could spend hours here. The gardens are beautiful, the sculptures are incredible, and the whole place feels like something you’d stumble across in a storybook.
Paine Art Center & Gardens
This place brings back a lot of childhood memories for me. It’s a small zoo right on the lake, and being next to the beach and playground makes it a fun spot to spend a few hours.
Menominee Park Zoo
This is one of my favorite places to go for a walk. The views are beautiful the entire way, and it’s one of those spots that makes you forget you’re only a few minutes from town.
Terrell's Island
Even if you’re not an aviation person, the EAA is worth a visit. There’s so much history to see, and getting the chance to ride in a biplane makes it even cooler.
