I used to use the Wander Brow pencil but this is just as good when I can't find the other one. It's precise and has the spooly to diffuse for a natural finish if you have sparse eyebrows.

I dab this on my upper eye lids to cover any discoloration. It is the perfect coverage and doesn't create any problems for eyeshadow. But this step is only if you want eyeshadow, you can totally leave a bare eye I know I do.
