My staples as a 20 year old college girl who tries to be active and eat healthy(ish)
I am absolutely obsessed with cottage cheese right now. It’s tasty and has a great amount of protein. I put it in bagels and toasts, in smoothies for some creaminess, with some fruit as a snack, or by itself. I loveeee the pineapple one!

I would die for peanut butter I eat it almost every day. Recently, I switched to teddie, which is a healthier version than other brands like skippy and jif since it has no added ingredients (oils / sugar)

Baby carrots are another veggie I love to have on hand. You can cook with them or just snack on them. It’s very convenient to have them already peeled and bite sized, plus they keep well in the fridge for a while
