So if you can get into this programme, they do this competition called the HE+ project, and run loads of mock seminars which is really good to talk about on the personal statement and all that

They upload loads of articles and stuff on medical advancements, really good coz they can ask you in the interviews about your knowledge of recent medical advancements, and medical current affairs

So I do recommend getting a squishmallow like Carmichael because he's a great pillow and very nice to hug when you're stressed out, and there will probably be instances where you're stressed out in med school

DK does some amazing books on the human body and this one was honestly such a good one, if you're looking into the neuro side of medicine or are just interested in all things anatomy in general, GET THIS BOOK
How the Brain Works: Facts Visually Explained
They have soooo many courses on here that you can do for free, (and some paid ones if you want), that really help with your personal statement and interviews. I did this course called ‘Vital Signs’ that taught me so much within a few hours
Coursera
This one may seem a bit silly, but get yourself some kind of cloud storage and turn it into a digital diary where you keep track of articles you've been reading, courses you've been doing etc. It helps so much
