Halloween in Derry is a must and is world famous
Salem, MA comes alive in October (its population also almost doubles. You can also come during “Summerween” to experience it in June/July without the crowds!
Halloween in Seoul is hugely celebrated. Just check out episode 2 of Itaewon Class. It should be noted though that 2 years was the infamous Itaewon Halloween Crowd Crush, so if you attend (here or anywhere really) please just be aware of your safety!
