Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) affects an estimated 10 million Americans and 15 million Canadians every year. With the change of seasons and winter rapidly approaching it’s to be expected that many people experience an intense case of the winter blues. As someone who has struggled with seasonal depression for years, I can attest that getting through this period can be extremely difficult.
