Honestly, any lipgloss from Fenty is a sure bet; some of them have a tingly ingredient that can make your lips dry if you are sensitive but nonetheless they are still acceptable for dry lips.

I have very dry and sensitive lips and lots of things burn so anything on here doesn't let that happen as much as possible. Above all though, I love vaseline.
This is the normal rum raisin lipstick; not the high shine one; love using this and putting some vaseline on top when I want it to be more shiny.
