i love eating a bagel with peanut butter and bananas on top, it keeps me full for a couple hours and it’s super tasty! if you have a sweet tooth, or seasonal allergies like i do, add local honey on top for more flavor!
i try to eat organic as much as possible (what’s in the ingredients matters)
this is personally my favorite peanut butter and the one i eat, definitely not the healthiest option but it’s my favorite

i love a “sweet treat” so this has been my healthy way to incorporate a sweet treat after dinner every night. While there’s nothing wrong with sweet treats, I needed to cut back, personally.
strawberries are such a great topper to my yogurt parfait, and if i don’t use them all before they start to go bad i freeze them!
