I’d like to believe I’ve been blessed with naturally clear skin but my skin care routine definitely has a huge part to play. Here’s some products I’ve come to love over the years and would definitely recommend!!

Cleansers

This is the first step in my routine. I’ve included my favorite cleansing balms for dirt, makeup, and oils, and then the sudsy stuff that gets in and cleans my skin.

I use this cleaner at night to take off any oils or makeup left on my skin but it’s super gentle which I think is hard to find in oil cleaners, which usually have a lot of added chemicals.

Madagascar Centella Light Cleansing Oil | Cleanser

This is a super good brand, it is a little pricey but it really does go a long way and does wonders for my skin. This cleanser is medicated and free of additives so I feel like it really does what it needs to for my skin.

Effaclar Medicated Gel Cleanser | Acne Face Wash

Peeling gels are really helpful for removing dead skin cells and dirt from the face which I’ve found is really good for dealing with black heads.

Heartleaf LHA Moisture Peeling Gel for Sensitive skin

This cleanser is super gentle and clean. I use it every night and it’s perfect if I want to cut my skin routine short because I trust this cleanser with dirt, makeup, and oils.

Face Cleanser

This product is so good at melting the makeup off my face after a long day. It also helps clear my skin for the remaining steps of my skin care routine.

Day Dissolve

This product really tightens my skin when it needs a pick-me up and overall helps brighten my face

Pro-Collagen Green Fig Cleansing Balm

Toner

After my wash I use some sort of toner or astringent that helps with my acne and clears out any blemishes.

I use this when I’m having a bit of a break out and it helps calm my acne down, when paired with a strong moisturizer.

Effaclar Clarifying Solution | Acne Toner

I get a lot of black heads on my nose, chin, and forehead and I’ve found that Hero. always works super well on my skin type (Combination/oily).

Serums

These serums for the most part help hydrate, cleanse, or brighten my skin. I use them when needed but overall they do the job I need them to

I use this very lightly because a lot goes a long way, but this is a perfect and affordable serum if you’re looking for something with Salicylic Acid to help tame acne.

Target Acne Fast & Heal Your Skin with Salicylic Acid Serum

I received a sample of this product in an IPSY package and I use it everyday before my makeup. I find it actually adds color back to my under eyes, making them less noticeable when the rest of my makeup is on.

Sure Thing! Revitalizing Vitamin C Eye Cream

I also received this in an IPSY package however, I prefer to use this eye serum before I go to bed because it’s a little bit thicker and really moisturizes the dry areas under my eyes.

MZ SKIN Soothe & Smooth Eye Cream 0.47 fl oz

I’ve place a little bit of this serum on my upper lash line every night for a few months now and i’ve definitely noticed my lashes look more full and thick. Not necessarily longer but darker for sure, similar to mascara.

I mainly use this serum for my brows because sometimes my brow hair grows a little sparse and I’ve always trusted The Ordinary with its ingredients!

I have a bunch of moisturizers included because I feel like my skin can always benefit from moisturizer, even when my skin is oily. A few I included are best for either the day time or right before bed while some are more intense and others are light...

This is my go-to face lotion whenever I’m looking for something gentle yet effective.

Daily Moisturizing Lotion

This moisturizer is so light and always leaves my skin feeling so soft. It’s perfect to put on before bed!

Moisturising Gel Cream

I’m not sure what is in this moisturizer but the morning after putting this on I swear my face is glowing and my skin tone is so much more even.

Kale Hydrating Gel Moisturizer

I’ve been told that this works as a face moisturizer which at first I found hard to believe but after trying it, Aquaphor works really well for when my skin is dry and needs some good hydration.

This product has always been super effective at clearing my acne and reducing redness and texture on my skin.

Detox Hydrating Gel | BHA Skin Balancing Moisturizer

I have a super small bottle of this product but a little goes such a long way! This product really penetrates my skin and moisturizes it when it’s dry beyond repair.

This product goes on super thick but when I take it off my skin is noticeably more soft.

This face mask actually smells amazing, sort of like grape, but when I put it on I can see the gunk that is actually being taken out of my skin, which I’ve never really seen a face mask do before.

The Removalist | Detoxifying Clay Mask | Go-To Skin Care

This is another face mask I use from time to time when my acne flares up, and this mask helps keep the acne under control alongside my other salicylic acid products.

Nip + Fab Salicylic Fix Clay Mask Face

I don’t use this mask often, only because it’s super powerful. It’s a clay mask that really gets in there and purifies EVERYTHING. It helps when i’m facing bad break outs and has lasted me a long time.

Lip Scrub

Here’s the lip scrub I use the most.

I don’t really use a lot of lip scrubs but after I started rewearing my retainer, my lips have kind of been torn apart. This scrub really helps remove the dead skin that I would otherwise pick at.
