Products I’ve personally tried and liked enough to recommend. They didn’t become holy grails for me but these are definitely worth sharing 🙂

Cleansers
Â
A gentle cleanser that does a great job of cleansing the skin. My skin always felt soft afterwards!
ETUDE HOUSE Soon Jung Whip Cleanser
Â
A gentle cleanser that does a decent job of cleansing without feeling stripping. I didn’t see or feel any benefits beyond that.
The Ordinary Glucoside Gentle Foaming Cleanser for Oily Skin
Â
Deep cleans pores and helped control excess oil. I really liked how clean my skin felt after using it but I found it a little drying especially with regular use.
Jack Black Deep Dive Glycolic Facial Cleanser
Â
I really enjoyed this cleanser! It was gentle and hydrating. But it ended up breaking me out. 🥲
A lightweight and very gentle cleanser that’s great for everyday use. I also really liked it for post-chemical peel care (TCA peels).
Makeup Artist Choice Green Tea Pomegranate Cleanser
Serums
Â
A great serum for improving texture, brightening dull skin and helping to even out your skin tone. Some people find the scent a little fishy but honestly it didn’t bother me and the smell fades pretty quickly after applying.
The Ordinary Multi-Antioxidant Radiance Serum with Vitamin C and Ginseng
Â
A great serum for calming irritation and helping to fade post-blemish marks. I also found it very soothing.
Cos De BAHA Azelaic Acid Serum (AZ15)
Â
A good brightening serum that somewhat helped reduce the appearance of hyperpigmentation. I liked it but I personally got better results from The Ordinary Niacinamide Serum.
Cos De BAHA Tranexamic Acid Niacinamide Serum (TN60)
Â
I absolutely LOVED this serum! It left my skin looking plump, radiant, and noticeably smoother. But it ended up breaking me out so I stopped using it. I would’ve paid its steep price if my skin tolerated it ðŸ˜
Caudalie Premier Cru Anti-Aging Serum
Â
A good serum for brightening the skin and for anti-aging benefits. I liked it but I found other products gave me better results overall.
K-Secret Seoul 1988 Serum, Retinal Liposome 2% + Black Ginseng
Moisturizers
Â
A good lightweight everyday moisturizer that’s gentle and easy to use. But I found it wasn’t quite hydrating enough for my skin.
I really liked how this helped with my dark marks and hyperpigmentation. But it broke me out. 🥲
Uncle Benney's Vitamin E Face Cream
Â
This moisturizer felt really nice on the skin and was comfortable to use but I didn’t notice any benefits beyond that.
Makeup Artist Choice Green Tea/Pomegranate Moisturizer
Exfoliation
Â
A decent exfoliating pad for gently smoothing the skin and giving your pores a little extra attention. I liked it for some light exfoliation, but it wasn’t a must-have for me.
Medicube, Zero Pore Pad 2.0, 70 Pads
Â
This exfoliating serum worked really well and I saw noticeable results from using it. Unfortunately, I ended up having a reaction to it so I had to stop using it. ðŸ˜
T.L.C. Sukari Babyfacial AHA/BHA Exfoliating Face Mask
Mists
Â
I found this mist really hydrating but it broke me out. So I gave it to my brother since it worked for him 😂
