A good budget friendly quilting / sewing iron. I like that it's lightweight. The water tank is easy to fill but you do get occasional leakage.

A cute mini quilting iron. It has got great reviews online. It's super compact, lightweight, and it heats up fast. This is on my wish list. Perfect to bring for travel for small craft projects.
Quilted Bear Mini Steam Iron - Black Case
A nice quilting iron that has an auto-lift feature (how convenient and safe!). It comes in lovely pastel colors. It is relatively expensive but it's on my wish list.

A more budget friendly version of the Oliso quilting iron. No auto-lift feature. It has powerful steam, perfect for quilting projects

I've heard great things about this iron. The cord is retractable which is convenient. But I've also heard that it is relatively heavy.

Good quality batting for quilting projects. It's also microwave safe (e.g., make heating pad).

Basting adhesive spray is very convenient and saves a lot of time to hold appliqués or other quilting pieces in place. It won't gum up the sewing machine as you sew over them.

Heat erasable pens are useful for drawing quilting lines or tracing patterns. Iron over them to remove markings.
