Fuji Sushi is the best sushi in Lafayette hands down! What I like best: Miso soup, BBQ Salmon, Edamame, and the Happy Roll. The owners are also so sweet and treat everyone like family.

You can't go wrong with anything here. The pork stuffed bread is my favorite. We also love getting donut holes, glazed or chocolate drizzled. I love the beignets. My mother loves their chili kolaches with jalapenos.

I miss Louisiana Market and Bakery which was here before but Zea was an amazing replacement. I love the bbq rotisserie chicken or the Honey Island Chicken Sandwich. Their hummus is also my favorite in town!

I picked the Youngsville location because I know for sure they haven't stopped making the crab cakes the way I like them. For sure, don't go to the Kaliste Saloom location. I also love the fish tacos!
