Nordic Naturals is a great brand for Omega-3s. No flavored or fishy aftertaste or burps. EPA/DHA is in triglyceride form which is the recommended for better absorption. Omega-3d are good for heart health as well.
Nordic Naturals ProOmega 2000-D, 90 Ct
Good clinical data and studies behind this supplement. Curcumin based if you want an ingredient specific for its anti-inflammatory properties.
Blink NutriTears Dry Eyes Supplement Lutein
Another supplement that’s been on the market for a longer time than Blink. Also has good clinical data behind it. This was sold at a few places I worked at in the past.
HydroEye Dry Eye Supplement, Clinically Tested
Eyelid Hygiene
Okra based cleanser which is less irritating that tea tree oil and better at targeting Demodex eyelid mites. Available as a foam or single use wipe.
Zocular Zocuwipe Eyelid Wipes, Gentle Cleansing
I’m not too picky with the brand of hypochlorous for face or body but if you’re spraying directly to your eyes/eyelids I recommended using ones manufactured by eyecare companies.
Avenova Eyelid Spray Cleanser 20ml
Good for removing sweat/dead skin that can build up on eyelids/lashes. I like packing these on vacation because they are also good at taking off my waterproof mascara. Available as a single use wipe or in a bottle as foam cleanser.
OCuSOFT Lid Scrub PLUS Eyelid Cleanser
Heat Masks and Devices
The top name in eyecare when it comes to moist heat masks. Retains heat well which is needed to soften and open up clogged meibomian glands.
Bruder Moist Heat Eye Compress | Eye Masks & Therapy
Another great microwavable moist heat mask. Optase has a great suite of dry eye products.
OPTASE® Moist Heat Mask
USB reusable mask. Covers are washable and can spray water on to delivery moist heat which is more effective for heating up the meibomian glands.
Wizard Research Electric Heated Dry Eye Mask
Eye Drops
My holy grail eyedrop if you have meibomian gland dysfunction like I do. Pricey but never lets me down. Oil based emulsion formula. The oil layer of the tear film helps prevent the tears from evaporating/drying out too fast.
My favorite drop to use when I’m wearing my contact lenses. Can be used even if you don’t wear contacts though. Preservative free so great for sensitive eyes and if you need to use drops more than 4x/day.
Refresh RELIEVA PF Preservative-Free Tears
A good omega3 formula if you don’t like the milky white emulsion formula in retaine or systane complete.
Refresh Optive Mega-3 Lubricant Eye Drops
My favorite behind retaine. Same milky white emulsion formula. Safe to use with contact lenses though I tend to prefer the clear not milky formulas for my contacts.
