I use this in my sourdough starter. It's a little expensive for the amount you're receiving but totally worth the investment to get that starter going!
I use these to proof dough and bread! They snap around the bowl with ease and stay put until I remove it. It comes with 50 pieces so you will always have what you need on hand. Much cheaper than saran wrap and easier to work with.
A sourdough starter kit! It has two shapes of banneton baskets, a bench scraper, bread dough whisk, and a dough blade to create those pretty cut designs in the top of your loaves. The baskets are lined and with a little flour, they don't stick!
Great little food scale that takes up very little space in your drawer. It is super thin and lightweight. Use it to measure portions for dieting or use it to weigh ingredients for recipes or sourdough.
My sourdough starter went CRAZY once I started feeding it this rye flour. I only used it during starter establishment so the small bag is perfect in size.
