lemon possets are the ULTIMATE dessert for hosting. super simple, it's hard to mess up, you can make it the night before, and it's always a crowd pleaser. this is my personal recipe that i've tweaked over the years!
NOTE: i've seen people use lemons for cups (pictured below) but from experience, it's super time consuming and harder than it looks so i'd recommend just using a ramekin!
