I used this full-size Liforme mat throughout my three-week Bali YTT. The grip worked beautifully in the heat and humidity, and I never needed a full-size yoga towel. I prefer a regular practice mat over a thin travel mat for long daily practices.

A small sweat towel was all I needed during training, even in Bali’s heat. My school provided one, and I used it instead of the two large yoga towels I had packed and never touched. This is a similar option if your YTT does not provide one.
