I literally use this to cook with multiple times a week. My body really doesn't do well with soy so I use for sushi, chicken - really anything! It's on the slightly sweeter side than soy sauce but I love it!

Whenever I get a burger and they have their "special sauce" listed that comes with it I always worry that I am going to being eating soy. I love that this sauce replicated the flavor with having soy in the ingredients!
