Seabands for nausea relief! These use a pressure point in your wrist that is supposed to help alleviate at least some of your nausea/motion sickness. This works for me most of the time, but not always.
My gi doctor was the first person to recommend tummy drops to me! Personally I love sucking on any kind of mint/peppermint, but ginger can also be super helpful with curbing nausea!

Something that changed my nausea game was getting a prescription for a Scopalamine patch I put behind my ear and change out every 2 days! This is an over the counter option for a stick on nausea relief day to day and during travel/motion sickness!
