I use retinol in my night skincare routine - recommended pea size! For me this covers my face and neck. If i plan to use it on other areas I adjust based on the surface area - do NOT use retinol on the same day you plan to use bha/aha, benzoyl peroxide, etc! These will cause irritation such as a burning sensation - wear sunscreen during the day! Sunscreen helps protect you and will help with fading dark spots - do NOT use retinol if you are PREGNANT! - retinol may take up to 6 months to show results but it really is worth it!
