ANIMATION
Such a relaxing comfort movie. No dialogue, just musical masterpieces and amazing animations.
Fantasia (1940)
Both the animated and live-action film bring me such comfort. A whimsical film classic!
Alice in Wonderland (1951)
Studio ghibli knows what they're doing! no notes. the food illustration looks delicious.
Spirited Away (2001)
STOP-MOTION ANIMATION
One of Henry Selick's most iconic masterpieces! One of my favorite movie adaptations from one of my favorite childhood authors, Roald Dahl.
James and the Giant Peach (1996)
A stop motion classic. Visually stunning! One of my absolute favorite movies of all time.
Coraline (2009)
This movie is EXTREMELY underrated. Stop motion seems to be a dying art in recent years. I really appreciated the storyline and animation!
Wendell & Wild (2022)
LIVE-ACTION
A dark fantasy classic!
The NeverEnding Story (1984)
Props to Roger Rabbit for securing a baddie like Jessica Rabbit!
Who Framed Roger Rabbit (1988)
My favorite of all of the Cinderella movies. Thank you Whitney Houston & Brandy for making this version better than all the others.
Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella (1997)
If this movie wasn't a childhood favorite, i feel sorry for u… REMEMBER THE FISH?
The Cat in the Hat (2003)
Arguably one of the most underrated Tim Burton films. The DVD is only $5…
Big Fish (2003)
I watched this movie 1 million times before the age of 10. I haven't seen it since, but it was big part of my childhood and I had the biggest crush on Jeremy Sumpter!
Peter Pan (2003)
My favorite of all of the movie variations. I wish oompa loompas were real smh.
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (2005)
the creature with the eyeball palms haunted my entire childhood… but one of my fav fantasy films nonetheless
Pan's Labyrinth (2006)
A different take/ story line than the original but I loved the new characters and CGI animation in this film.
