Be transported to lush mossy forests or spring english gardens. Tour the Bloedel House. Their mission is to immerse you in acres of trails, landscapes, and more. I absolutely love the reflection pool and japanese gardens.
Bloedel Reserve
Hungry right after your ferry ride? HI-LIFE is literally right after the ferry dock. Whether you’re traveling on foot or by car it has a few parking spaces available. The poke is fresh and selections are vast! My favorite spot on the island.
HI LIFE
Stop in for a delicious pastry! We’ve been during fall and winter (admittedly the best seasons for pastries imo) but honestly any time is good for a sweet treat. Their tarts and cakes and cookies are delish!
Blackbird Bakery
Share a fish and chip plate! They’re HUGE halibut slabs and I love the mushy peas.
