Favorite wineries
There are so many wineries in the Finger Lakes, you would need a month to visit them! I've traveled to some with my husband and some with my Mom, Aunt, and Sister for many special occasions. These are some of my top recommendations.
Awesome food, delicious wine and such a beautiful building. This is a farm to table experience. This was one of my favorites.
Tabora Farm & Winery
On Seneca Lake, this is a gorgeous setting and the entrance is incredible. I loved their Reserve Riesling the most.
Fox Run Vineyards
On Keuka Lake, this is one of the top wineries in the area and looks like a Greek revival style building. We went to their tasting room on Canandaigua Lake.
Heron Hill Winery
Casual vibe and some super fun wines to do a tasting. We ended up buying some by the liter!
Naples NY Wineries | Red Cat Winery
On Cayuga Lake with a great view, we love this place so much my family purchases by the case and has it shipped. They also serve food and you can dock your boat to enjoy.
Thirsty Owl Wine Company
There are several wine trails. We've been to wineries on four of the lakes after about 5 different visits. So much to see and do!

Do the gorge trail. This is an amazing hike located near Seneca Lake filled with waterfalls. Be careful on the slippery rocks
Watkins Glen State Park
We took a 2 hour tour in July during the day. So beautiful! They also offer sunset cruises.
