These are fantastic during a flare up. I often get headaches when this happens so I like to put these on my eyes while I’m using a heating pad on my back or thighs.

These are not your childhood heating pads! Big enough to press against your back, wrap around your stomach or legs. It has been very helpful.

This bad boy is so helpful. It’s large so it can be wrapped around your arms, it drapes nicely on my shoulders and back of my neck and it covers my thighs where I get a lot of pain.
FlexiKold Reusable Gel Large Ice Pack with Straps
Soaking in a hot bath with these is truly relaxing and it helps when I’m feeling achy. Even on my worst days this helps to lift some of that hurt in my nerves. Bonus: It smells wonderful.

Tylenol Roll On
This can be helpful depending on your pain/ache scale. I’ll take 2 of these if I have a headache too or I feel inflammed. This has more mg of Tylenol than the Advil and I think that helps more when I have inflammation.
