So helpful! I didn't have much faith this could help with anxiety but it feels like a hug which is what I apparently need when times get tough.
Weighted Blanket
These are fantastic after a big cry, headache or when you're simply overwhelmed. Take a 2 minute break with your eyes closed and some deep breaths.

Pukka Organic Chamomile Vanilla Honey Tea
Popping one of these into my mouth when I'm anxious can be a helpful distraction. Focusing on the flavor, how the candy feels on my tongue or even crushing it as fast as I can to release anger.
Peppermints
This is another favorite. If you’re really anxious, you could also mix them and put a bag of this and a bag of the chamomile in your cup.

Your Environment
If you don’t have a bathtub, try an essential oil diffuser with your favorite scent. I have this and it can be so convenient to turn this on and take a deep breath, count to 4, hold it for 4 and then blow it out for 8.
Essential Oil Diffusers
I LOVE this brand of essential oils. They are strong, work great, affordable and last awhile. Dab some of this on your neck, arms and even your feet to help with relaxation. It works very well for me.
