Vessel is such a beautiful restaurant. In the morning, the sunlight hits the stained glass and creates the most beautiful ambiance. While I don't prefer their dinner options, I think they breakfast and brunch is great! Get the mimosas and the waffles...

This is the only breakfast/brunch spot that I will actually sit and wait for a table, because it is always worth it. You can also add yourself to the waitlist online! It's right across the street from the Fairgrounds, if you want to go bet on some ho...

My trusty breakfast spot because they open so early! They source locally as much as they possibly can, which gives them mega bonus points in my book. They also deliver! And the inside is so charming.

The most yummy poboys and tons of outdoor space! I once ended up in their very limited bar seating after a Saints Game and I recommend this to anyone if they can wiggle their way in. Fun vibe!

They have a cute patio, great vibes, and delicious pizza pie! I once sat at the bar with a friend and drank margaritas all night while eating pizza and anything else the kitchen wanted to throw at us.

If you're Sunday Date Day falls during crawfish season, you absolutely must make Clessi's part of your day. Their patio is comfortable and the service is great. Food always on point.

This is my favorite restaurant in Mid City. The pandemic hurt a lot of restaurants, but Lola's made the most out of the restrictions. Their sidewalk patio is my favorite. Get the pitcher of sangrias and paella.

Toups is on this list for many reasons. Chef Isaac Toups has continuously led the charge in making sure that anyone who needs to be fed in the community, gets fed. Every evening during lockdown, he provided a meal and a tall boy beer to anyone who ne...

Open for 85 years, this is a institution to the City of New Orleans. I love the private booths that you never see anywhere anymore.

My favorite spot to hang in Mid City. The only place you can kayak, canoe, or paddleboard in the city. Perfect spot for a picnic or to hang out at sunset over the summer. Close to so many restaurants and bars.

Make your way all the way to the French Quarter from Mid City if you want! This Streetcar line starts at City Park and goes all the way to the casino.

Locally owned and operated, The Broad Theatre is a great place to see movies. I enjoy the smaller atmosphere they provide, over AMC. Great snacks and cocktails. They also screen films that aren't current, so watch out for those!

@nolavibeyoga has pop ups all over the city to look out for. But they've been doing Sunday yoga at the beautiful Hotel St. Peter & Paul. This isn't directly in Mid City but a hop, skip, and a jump away.
