My favorite spot to hang in Mid City. The only place you can kayak, canoe, or paddleboard in the city. Perfect spot for a picnic or to hang out at sunset over the summer. Close to so many restaurants and bars.

Make your way all the way to the French Quarter from Mid City if you want! This Streetcar line starts at City Park and goes all the way to the casino.

Locally owned and operated, The Broad Theatre is a great place to see movies. I enjoy the smaller atmosphere they provide, over AMC. Great snacks and cocktails. They also screen films that aren't current, so watch out for those!
