Cleanser
I like to use this in the morning, because at night I would want to use a spot treatment. You don’t want to do too much actives at once as it can cause more irritation and can disrupt your skin barrier. But make sure you are layering SPF at the end o...
3.0 oz Acne Foaming Wash with 10% Benzoyl Peroxide - PanOxyl | Ulta Beauty
1
I absolutely love this product. I would use this morning and night if you want. It’s just a nice gentle cleanser.
Youth To The People Superfood Cleanser
Toner
This is an essential for this routine. In order to heal your skin you need to hydrate hydrate hydrate! This I would use morning and night.
Rosewater Facial Toner - Heritage Store | Ulta Beauty
This is a great exfoliating toner that I would use twice a week. For exfoliating in general it’s best to do it twice a week. I wouldn’t use any scrubs for acne as it is especially just scratching which will irritate it even more. So any form of chemi...
Paula's Choice 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant
Spot Treatment / Serums
I would add either 1 serum or 1 spot treatment in the routine. I wouldn’t mix them!
This serum helps with hyperpigmentation. Heard a lot of great things about it
Anua 10% Niacinamide Serum 30ml - Fragrance-Free
Gosh, this right here will calm your pimples down which is key. This helps elevate any redness, especially if you over do it with the actives. It’s light weight and an overall good product.
COSRX Centella Aqua Soothing Ampoule 1.35oz
My number one hydrating serum. It penetrates into the skin deeper than most hydrating serums because of how low the molecular level it has. LOVE THIS!
Torriden DIVE IN Hyaluronic Acid Serum 50ml
Yeah this is my holy grail for hyperpigmentation. It initially does have a weird smell to it but it doesn’t linger nor does the smell stick to you. A little goes a long way.
Topicals Faded Brightening Serum 1 Fl Oz
Moisturizer
This is the only moisturizer that I’ve used that is hydrating and light weight. It doesn’t feel heavy and as much hydration it has I’m honestly surprised. It’s a nice cooling product that leaves the skin glowy rather than greasy.
The True Cream - Aqua Bomb Hydrating Moisturizer - belif | Ulta Beauty
Sunscreen (SPF)
This is a light weight formula for acne prone skin (Non-Tinted)
This light weight, non-greasy, DNA repairing product is my go to HANDS DOWN! I use the 2 fingers rule when applying and work that into the skin w/ a moisturize to help blend easier. My derm swears by this, and I do as well :). Side note this does las...
Eryfotona Actinica 3.4 FL OZ | ISDIN
Pimple patches (optional)
If you’d like to add a pimple patch I would use this at night when you aren’t spot treating. You can use in the morning if you’d like as well. This would be after your spf on the morning and after your moisturizer at night.
Love these hands down!!! I only use them when I’m out and about since they are so undetectable on the skin. 10/10 would recommend!
