in a large bowl, toss chicken with oil, then with oregano, lemon pepper/sumac, and 1/2 tsp of salt and pepper. add tomatoes and onion and toss to combine π₯£
Step One:

heat fryer to 400 degrees F. working in batches if needed, arrange chicken and vegetables in an even layer in the air fryer basket and air fry, shaking basket occasionally, until chicken is brown, 15-20 minutes

meanwhile prepare couscous per package instructions. fluff cooked couscous with a fork and fold in lemon juice and 2 TBSP of dill
