Love these - do I think you need to keep it on all night? No - no one wants to sleep with it on - but put in on - watch a movie, read a book or try and keep it on as long as possible. Skin feels great after!
I do like these and they way my skin feels after - life changing? No but nice to do 2-3 times a week
