I went down the rabbit hole of everything Mathew Hussey teaches & while some of it doesn't resonate today (offering to help pay on a first date), it did really help with dating.
Get the Guy: Secrets of the Male Mind
This book was very eye opening for me & I deep dived into my behaviour & childhood wounds after.

Really helped me to shut the f*ck up (no more arguments - not that my Husband & I had many to begin with)
