Give that momma something cozy! Hospital gowns are awful, and it was so nice to have something comfy I could change into once the baby came. The button down shirt also made breastfeeding easier!

Fuzzy socks are nice, and non-slip is a must! Many hospitals won’t let momma get up without grippy socks, and the ones they provide are incredibly uncomfortable!

If Earth Mama is too expensive, or doesn’t work as well, this brand is nice too. Lanolin is a natural oil derived from the sebaceous glands of sheep. It doesn’t feel as nice, in my opinion, but does work.

They may not look pretty, but if momma can’t get to the shower, tossing one of these in the microwave to warm it, and helping her get it on and lathering on her hair can feel sooo good after a couple days without a shower.
