As much as I’m a homebody who loves crafting, I do like going out and about and exploring where I live! Here are just a few of my favs!
Love going here on the weekends to get fresh produce or a fun treat. My favorite time of year to go is fall and picking out some tiny pumpkins!
State Farmers Market
My favorite hiking trail to go to in north Durham. Crouton especially loves going for hikes here too and then grabbing lunch
Eno River State Park
An amazing park to go to! They've built it up so much - playgrounds and dog parks there as well!
Downtown Cary Park
An amazing outdoor park! They have paddle boats and a carousel! They also have a fun christmas train they do every year!

As much as we love cooking at home, I do love date nights out on the town. Date night for us doesn’t necessarily mean expensive - just a nice time spent together!

We love this place for date nights and celebrations! It's even great to get an app or soup and split a bottle of wine with your loved one
Vin Rouge Restaurant
Super fun specialty pizzas and great apps too! It’s a really fun spot in downtown Durham so it’s nice to grab drinks before and some ice cream after.

From local theatre to museums, there's lots to do in the Triangle! Again, as much as I love hanging out at home, I love exploring all these local spots too!
We love seeing touring Broadway shows here and even concerts! They have great con session stands, are ada accessible, and always have clean bathrooms!
DPACNC
This place is wonderful for kids and adults alike! There are tons of fun exhibts (most interactive) indoors and then spralling outdoor areas with fun animals! There are also amazing afterhours adult only events
The Museum of Life and Science
A wonderful kids museum in downtown raleigh! They even have memberships that can be a great gift for kids in your life!
Marbles Kids Museum
A fun museum to go to for the whole family! I love going to museums and learning new things but this museum also has a sloth which just makes it that much more amazing!!
