All of the things I like to keep stocked to keep my blood sugar in check!
This is by far the best pasta I’ve found that is blood sugar friendly. It actually tastes like real pasta (similar to a whole wheat) and doesn’t get mushy. I either buy it from Amazon or my local grocery store carries it sometimes!

When I’m craving a warm bowl of ramen, I know these won’t make my blood sugar skyrocket. I usually make it with a bone broth and add veggies, tofu, edamame, etc! Anything I have on hand that feels like it will work together. The garlic flavor is my f...
Instant Ramen Reinvented - immi
Generally I tend to stay away from premier protein products because of their added artificial sweeteners, but these cereals don’t actually have any! They are a great option for when you’re craving cereal. I add with fairlife milk for an extra protein...
Premier Protein Cereal
I add the recommended amount of this to my morning coffee—it dissolves right in to it (when hot). There are studies that inositol can improve insulin sensitivity. Always check with your dr first!

I love The Peachie Spoon’s Instagram and website for blood sugar friendly breakfast recipes! The N’oatmeal is my current favorite.
The Peachie Spoon
Another supplement that I directly add into my morning coffee. It’s a prebiotic fiber (fiber helps with blood sugar regulation) and is naturally slightly sweet but mostly tasteless. An easy add for your daily fiber intake that helps with insulin at t...

My all-time favorite sweetener is allulose. It has virtually no effect on blood sugar and no aftertaste like stevia and monk fruit. It’s naturally occurring in some fruits, so it is not man made. I use it in my coffee, baked goods, and anything that ...
Allulose
A liquid version of my favorite blood sugar friendly sweetener—allulose! This is great in coffee or even drizzled on food for an extra sweetness as a replacement to honey or maple syrup!
Wholesome Sweeteners 11.5oz Allulose Liquid
This is the best tasting maple syrup replacement I have found. No aftertaste and made from allulose. A bit pricey but worth it if you’re a syrup fan!!
Wholesome Yum Zero Sugar Maple Syrup 12oz
This is my favorite, quick protein waffle and pancake mix. Kodiak cakes is a good option but I’ve found that this brand is much more blood sugar friendly and tastes good.
Protein Pancake & Waffle Mix by Phoros
Definitely not something I eat every week but when I’m really craving pizza, this is one of my go-tos. It’s mini-sized, so you can actually eat the entire thing. I like to add veggies or turkey pepperoni to the top!
Vital Pursuit High Protein Frozen Cheese Lovers Thin Crust Pizza - 6oz
My kryptonite is cool ranch Doritos. I could eat entire family-bag in one sitting, which is why I don’t buy them! I’ve found these snack bags are a great replacement when I get that craving every so often.
Quest Nutrition Tortilla Style Protein Chips - Ranch - 4pk/1.1oz
I love these sample packs because I rarely ever want the same protein powder each time I want to have a protein shake or are looking to make something with protein powder. These are great to have on hand!
These are honestly so good. I usually get milk or dark chocolate but I know they also make a white chocolate! I usually just eat a few on their own for a small dessert or after-lunch treat, but they are also amazing in baking, as a topping or melted.
