Sephora works with various partners, including the NAACP, and has published their DEI reports from 2021-2024 at the linked address. You can also find links to both their survey and charter at the bottom of that web page.

I did a quick search on Staples, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a DEI statement still posted on their site and not at all trying to use more vague language like so many others have done!
(P.S. If you're curious, I do reference them in my Greener Spring Summer 2025 list. I hope you'll check it out if you haven't already.)
