Lisa of Happy Zazzling has been creating videos to help sellers on the platform since 2021. With 275 videos and counting, you will find a vast variety of topics and plenty of helpful watch time!

I have recently decided to take a break from all things Zuckerberg, but if you are on Facebook, you will find a welcoming group of Happy Zazzlers here: https://www.facebook.com/share/g/1BSnbgwLPv/

Lisa is also here on Benable. You can find her account at this link: benable.com/wheresthekarma

Although Tessa hasn't uploaded a new Zazzle video in almost a year, I learned quite a lot from her as a new user on the platform. She is a lot more detailed and seems to hold less back than some other channels I found. She is still a great free resou...

Though Sara has only started her channel this year, she has been a Zazzler since 2009. Her channel is unique in its content and style. She has several informative videos that are MUCH more entertaining to watch rather than reading the holiday/event g...

You are more likely to recognize Sara H's name from the official Zazzle community forum. She is rated the “Top Solution” author there, and the recognition is well-deserved. I have been fortunate to benefit from her sage, no-nonsense advice. She is fr...

Full disclosure: This is me! lol

If you visit my channel, you will only see some of my Zazzle videos. I decided at the start of the year to change some to “direct link only” to make the channel a bit more focused on Zazzle customers and content related to my nature adventures and PO...

Below you will find links to my “unlisted videos.” If you visit my channel, I hope you will like some of my videos aimed at both customers and creators!

Helpful Zazzle Communities

Three places Zazzlers gather for online help and connection.

Amanda Renee | CtrlZ Digital Designs profile picture
If you are new to Zazzle, have a question, want to help, or just want to do a little lurking and keep up with the latest topics designers are discussing, this is the place to be.

I honestly don't visit this spot as often as I did when I was newer (primarily due to trying to streamline places to keep track of), but I definitely still drop in from time to time. More often today, I like to keep up with the next two. :D

If you've been on the official community forum, it's likely you recognize the avatar for Col's Creations. Colleen was the first true expert who helped me when I was a FREQUENT participant on the forum. :)

Just before the anticipated annual shutdown in 2024 (Zazzle frequently closes the forum just before the Christmas holiday and reopens sometime in the new year), Colleen made a new spot for Zazzle creators to hang out online.

If you are on Discord, adding this server to your list is a “no-brainer.” If not, I recommend joining just for the community here. You will find not only a helpful group of creators, but also a lot of creative, fun people who are sometimes just hangi...

I highly recommend this community!

I mentioned it at the bottom of the review about her YouTube channel, but in case you missed it there, Lisa's “Happy Zazzling” Facebook group is a great find. Good people. Good community. Genuinely helpful.

Check it out!

Zazzle Freebies Worth the "Cost"

How is it free if it costs something? You already know . . . Welcome to the world of E-mail lists! lol These people won't spam you, though, and you'll get good stuff in exchange. While they may offer paid resources as well, there is a lot to gain wit...

The “Zazzle Niche & Design Guide” from Temperance Meadows is awesome for inspiration and digging a little deeper into your niche or closely related ones, as well as suggesting product types and some tags for for different holidays and events.

Kate, aka BK Thompson, also has a newsletter you should be able to join called “Field Notes.” It arrives in your email inbox once a month, gives a little insight into what you should be working on now for your business, and updates you on any special...

Snuggle Hamster Designs, or SHD as you may see it abbreviated on the community forum and elsewhere, is a free spot to advertise your Zazzle shop and gain some Google SEO traffic.

I am a free agency member (you may even see my “mug” and quote if you scroll down this page far enough), and I have gained a lot of insight in my time on SHD.

Importing your shop to SHD can be a little confusing at first, but Jim, Hui, and Gargi are fellow Zazzle creators who are always willing to help. If you are on Discord, this is another server I recommend joining. I did so prior to opening an agency t...

You can find their Discord server here: https://discord.gg/Jk5Fp3h44Y

This server also has a lot of Zazzle creators, both experienced and new. Though it is a bit more geared around SHD and provides an opportunity to link to your products on SHD for a little increased traffic on both their site and your shop on Zazzle, ...

Pinterest YouTubers

Three Pinterest gurus I highly recommend. Each has her own style and focus, and I find each one definitely worth subscribing to and visiting often.

This playlist has a ton of great information and persuaded me to sign up for Kara's Pinterest course, which has been EXCEPTIONALLY helpful in allowing me to synthesize a lot of information as I try to focus my work on Pinterest.

I was excited when I came across Kara's playlist on this channel, as I recognized her from Etsy videos that I watched several years back when I first started in the world of print on demand. Kara has been in business since 1999, and her work has look...

The free information on her YouTube videos is plentiful, and I was a bit worried I wouldn't learn anything new. I was wrong. :)

What to do? Where to start? What not to stress about, especially in the beginning? Find it in her course! Even better, she has an active private Facebook group with helpful fellow creators and frequently chimes in on discussions herself. Tons of valu...

Fun fact: Kara Buntin's Artisan Shopping Directory of her recommended sellers is now on Zazzle AND Benable, so she will certainly have more advice that applies to all of us in the days to come!

You can find the link to her Pinterest course here: https://classes-by-a-cake-to-remember-llc.teachable.com/p/pinterest-for-product-based-businesses .

I enjoy watching Kate's YouTube videos and video recorded podcasts. From her own experience (and with the data gleaned by her team as well), she covers a variety of expected topics for beginner and veteran Pinterest users.

One thing that sets her channel apart from others in this section is her periodic podcast format videos, which feature guests from a variety of experiences and backgrounds including Pinterest employees for an “inside look” at the platform to a creato...

This Kate, like the Kate from Temperance Meadows, has a freebie I definitely recommend downloading. Interestingly, her freebie “Simple Pin Pinterest Keyword Planning Guide” covers a similar realm as well, but with a focus on keywords popular on Pinte...

Like Kate of Simple Pin Media, she has a podcast format video periodically; however, hers features a regularly recurring expert in client-building, Jana O. I have to say I enjoy seeing two successful women helping each other and bringing value to bot...

Heather has been on Pinterest for quite some time, and she has a ton of pins that you may find helpful in addition to her channel. You can find her on Pinterest here: https://www.pinterest.com/heatherfarrisco/

Michelle Stevens is another Pinterest guru whose videos I enjoy. Her advice is easy to understand and actionable. To see if you might like her content as well, I recommend checking out the linked video.

Miscellaneous

I may eventually develop additional sections based on the themes below, but for simplicity, I've decided to group them for now!

Amanda Renee | CtrlZ Digital Designs profile picture
Canva, design, video, and web: Wayne of the channel “Created by Wayne” is a creative who can inspire you to “up” your design game in a variety of areas.

For most Zazzle designers, I think his videos on Canva and his free, very professional social media video templates will be of high interest. I know a product pin I built off one of these templates performed quite well for me.

Even more valuable for me, perhaps, was deconstructing the videos a bit to see how he builds these polished, impressive creations.

Definitely check them out! Here's the link to sign up to receive his freebie video templates: https://www.createdbywayne.com/reeltemplates

Also, if you have a YOUTUBE channel, I recommend making time to watch his advice for repurposing vertical video. I need to watch this again, in fact, and if I get back to making videos at some point, I will absolutely be using some of the tips here!

Don't let the Etsy focus scare you away.

First, I highly advise anyone in the POD space to keep an eye on trends and resources wherever you can find them! Etsy obviously has a pretty good idea what they're doing, too, so if you don't periodically “meander” by to see what they're featuring a...

Second, (again with the freebies…can you tell I love them?), I found Starla's 2025 Etsy Calendar Planning Guide helpful in considering what to do when, but also in providing some “hidden” information about keyword and trend resources I didn't know existed!

You can find her calendar freebie here:
https://handmadealphaacademy.lpages.co/2023-alpha-marketing-calendars/

Even though we're a bit in to the year, I still think it's worth taking a look.

On her channel (the link to this card as a whole), she also lists her site, where she offers a few other resources I have not yet checked out.

Wes McDowell's target audience isn't POD sellers, but if we shift “clients” to “customers,” I think he has some advice that might be worthwhile.

Not everyone is going to want to follow the exact strategy he recommends here, but you may find some food for thought that get your mind rolling as you consider where and how to focus your time and attention next.

He also has a variety of other videos you may enjoy, but I think it was this one that got me paying attention.

Disclaimer: I wouldn't throw SEO out the window based on this thumbnail. lol But it may be time to move beyond Google.
