A gentle cleanser that I use twice a day and after anytime I shampoo and condition my hair. So far the "going back to the basics" seems to be working.

For daytime use I prefer this to the CeraVe. It dries a bit more and doesn't feel as greasy. It also contains colloidal oatmeal which I think cut down on the itching.
